Why We Built This Site
Georgia permits broad access to many court dockets and case files, yet finding the custodian can be difficult. Pamela D. Dixon, Clerk of Superior Court, keeps Jones County Superior Court civil and criminal records. Probate Court handles county traffic and probate matters, Magistrate Court keeps its own limited-jurisdiction files, and Gray Municipal Court holds city citations. The Georgia Judicial Gateway points to provider systems, but it is not one complete state index. We assemble the verified contacts, portal limits, calendar routes, case-number patterns, and request steps needed to reach the office that actually holds the record.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that each phone number, fee, provider, or setting remains current
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
